    After 15 minutes I was at 99% finished and the page said "you are almost done. We have a few more questions". Then it started over at 0% and had another whole 15 minute survey. I was furious but at least I got my 50 points. But I would have never clicked on a 30 minute survey for 50 points.

    I submitted a ticket complaining about not getting any DQ points and not being able to even qualify for one survey. I attached a screenshot showing 7 surveys all opened at the exact same time and no points given. It just throws me one offer after another, but I don't qualify. The form required a point value that I was missing in order to send the form -- so I said 100. They sent me a form letter response, asking me for all kinds of info about what the survey was about, the survey number, etc. And THEN explained to me the procedure for taking a screenshot.

    I wrote back and said -- do you morons even read these tickets we submit? I KNOW how to take a screenshot -- I ATTACHED one to my ticket. My complaint had nothing to do with a particular survey, it was about not being able to even qualify for one -- therefore cannot make To-Do list, cannot make Daily Goals, cannot participate in any Challenges, etc.

    They sent me another email saying they had forwarded my email on to someone else -- God maybe? -- but the best part was they credited me 250 points. No idea what that was, but I immediately purchased a gift card and printed it.

    I figure God must be on their team now, because he sure isn't on ours! Maybe they can assign him to the Help Desk permanently so they can get some of their problems solved!

    Did anyone else just have all the ''food'' items disappear from their shopping list?

    I was right in the middle of uploading a receipt, and now 3/4 of the items on my shopping list are gone! I had over 40 items and I'm down to around 8! All the food, beverages, produce are gone!

    Most of mine still seem to be there. Seems like some veggies might be missing. Maybe it's just a glitch.

    Mine seem to be all there. I think I may be missing OJ and cucumbers but I submitted them today and they had to review.

    I does seem like I'm missing "normal" produce. No onions or potatoes, tomatoes, just off the top of my head. Seems like I'm missing some other things -- there just aren't a lot and usually there are many.

    I have no produce at all. Not even on the main list. I have no dairy, meat or seafood either. I was just about to upload a receipt that had about 10 items on it, and they all disappeared. I tried to sign out then sign back in, but that didn't do anything.

    Something must be changing or updating. Now I have a tab at the top of the page that says "Magic Receipts" and it says NEW right next to it.

    It's on the gray/black bar across the top of the page next to Surveys. I no longer have to click on SHOP, then click on Magic Surveys in the drop down box.

    Anyone else see it?




    ETA: Under the "PROGRESS" side of the 7 Day Challenge, it shows that I got credit for 1 receipt worth 50pts or more. I don't know where that came from. I haven't had a receipt worth that much in over 2 months! I even looked under my Account Statement for the whole week, and nothings showing. It doesn't really matter though, I didn't have it as part of my goal. I just thought it was odd

    Yea, there's a whole tab for magic receipts now. Hopefully, they didn't goof anything else up while making it. LOL
