And what do I get in response to my survey about grocery purchases and the survey about what I think about a grocery store display? Emails stating that MP doesn't award for certain purchases and wanting to know what I bought and my purchase order number. What the heck? Do they not read our tickets?

I'm pretty sure the first look at our tickets is done by a bot. Sends us back an auto response. Trying to shut us up while they postpone the answers.

So I signed up for the Shark Ninja research awhile back and have been taking various surveys at the website. Actually, don't think I ever qualified for one of their surveys, but they would give me a few points at their site. Not even sure what those are for. Today I get this email from them. What the heck? What good is keeping the test unit if you have to cut the cord and dispose of it? Doesn't make any sense at all.

    Hello bonniejeanne,

You have selected to participate in a research study conducted by SharkNinja to test a new air purifier! Your test unit will be arriving soon.

This study will consist of the following activities.

Use the test unit (an air purifier, heater, and fan tower combo) for 1 month, replacing your own if you currently have one already
    1-2 survey activities per week

In return for your participation, you will be able to keep your test unit! You will need to cut the cord of the unit and dispose of it at the end of the study.

What?? That makes no sense! What an absolute waste too! Nothing like adding more electronics/plastics to the landfills!

So apparently, even if we give proof of survey completion with our screenshots, if the survey company claims that we didn't complete the survey, then MP won't award us the points. I sent them numerous screenshots of several surveys that didn't award points (one was 300 points and 55 minutes long), and they won't give me my points cause the companies state that I didn't finish them. It clearly shows how long I spent on these surveys in my account statement (as most are three times as long as they claim to be), and yet they still act stupid and won't give me my points. What is the incentive for even doing surveys if they won't give us the points for them? It's a lot of useless effort on our part. Makes me wonder if they are going under with all of the constant changes and cutback of points.

I haven't gotten full credit for any surveys. Even the RevU ones keep telling me I didn't qualify -- even though I go all the way to the end. Pop Rewards twice has finished with "you got 9 out of 12 right", then taken me to the extra questions about my internet provider, types of video devices I own, video games I play, etc. Then says -- Bummer -- I got 1 DQ pt. No sense even bothering with this stuff. And the time it takes to fill out tickets, follow up on them, get aggravated by their responses is not worth raising my blood pressure over. Every day I do simple stuff, then go away. This is no longer a valid money maker for me.

Well if that's the way they're going to be.........then I'm done with surveys. I have 8 help tickets that I'm waiting on. I guess I'll never get points for any of them.

Did you post that on their FB page? Others need to know.

It's not our fault something doesn't ''manually credit.'' I think we all know they do it on purpose. Get you to answer a boat load of their questions, then tell you that you don't qualify. They got what they wanted without having to pay out.

    BS!

I did post some stuff on the fb page, but not the response they sent me. They would just delete my post. They closed the three requests I was having problems with without giving me my points and sent me that message. It's just so aggravating. There is no purpose to even trying surveys if they won't take responsibility for their dishonest survey partners.
