Unfortunately, as our Terms of Service state, we shall not be responsible for, nor shall Company be obligated to award points or rewards to Rewards Program participants for, any Activity that is not properly recorded, tracked and/or deemed approved under Company’s or its third-party Rewards Program affiliates’ policies, procedures and systems.
At this time, we will be unable to continue crediting your requests. Please understand that we do not receive any sort of compensation for continuing to manually credit your account for activity that did not properly track.
