I need help with mypoints and facebook. I finally broke down and joined facebook ONLY to be able to contact mypoints since I have been banned from their customer service page. I set everything on my profile so only I can see it. And I found the mypoints group. So how do I ask then questions? Like why I have been banned from customer service and why the points listed in pending that I earned on 6/17 have been listed as crediting at the end of the day since then. Then when you click on the details says it will credit by 6/11 - before I even earned the points.
Once I ask a question how will I see the answer? I need help.
I have no intention of doing anything else with facebook. I am only signing in on a old computer I only used for a few minor things, then I will sign out once I get an answer. But I have no earthly idea what I am doing.
DO I need to join a group, ask my questions, then read every post until I get an answer?

Send mypoints a private message, and then you can create a post on their home page asking them to please look at the PM you sent them. That way only the MP moderator can see your business. I don't remember if you have to join or like it, it's been so long since I've been a member.

Hopefully, this works. Here is an image of the top of the MP FB page. You can see on the right where it has the "Liked" and "Message" buttons. Click on the message button to send them a message. To create a post, click on "Create post" and type in your post. When you are finished, click where it says "post" in blue at the bottom. After a few seconds, it will post to the community page. You will have to go there to actually see your post if you want. That choice is under "More" right before the "Liked" button.
