Yea, they usually aren't active on the weekend on the fb page; maybe once in a blue moon. Hope you can get it resolved.
Have you tried responding to your auto-response? I think I've done that before.
Did you check your tickets to see if it is there? If you find it, click on it and respond to it. It should garner some attention.Last edited by bonniejeanne; 05-21-2022 at 01:13 PM.

The auto-reply was on the chat/Messenger, and they didn't respond there when I added messages during business hours. I'm sure I won't get response all weekend.
I haven't been able to submit a Help Ticket because I haven't been able to submit one with the way it's set up.Be Happy Now.

Made my challenge and got 285 PTS. I played it cautious this time cause I never know if I'm going to qualify for surveys.

I got 370 points, I played cautious too. I put 3 surveys, actually did 5, but 2 are pending, so would of had 5 total. I think that's dumb

I cash some out each month, sometimes more, sometimes less - but you have a LOT of points. I wouldn't want to end up losing them - like 34lilpigs says, it's up to you, but I'd cash out a bunch at that level. Originally Posted by DAVESBABYDOLL
