Yea, they usually aren't active on the weekend on the fb page; maybe once in a blue moon. Hope you can get it resolved.
Have you tried responding to your auto-response? I think I've done that before.
Did you check your tickets to see if it is there? If you find it, click on it and respond to it. It should garner some attention.
The auto-reply was on the chat/Messenger, and they didn't respond there when I added messages during business hours. I'm sure I won't get response all weekend.
I haven't been able to submit a Help Ticket because I haven't been able to submit one with the way it's set up.
