I did -- I put the minimum in the ones that were required. But still -- really? So if we cave on this -- "must do" the Deal to get credit, are they then going to switch others? I wouldn't put it past them. They are looking for ways to make it harder to pay us. The things that lots of people complain about (like Watch on app) they are modifying, but if we just accept this type of change they'll just let it go. I'm almost done with this site. I'll be away for the month of June -- can't wait to see what garbage they put out here while I'm gone.

What minimum requirements?? There weren't any this time. At least not for me?? (I mentioned that in post # 2743)

No, I meant a minimum for me. Like 2 of all the required ones and nothing in the others. I've never done this -- so I didn't know there even were minimums before! LOL

My sister is trying to upload a receipt from a gas station and it says it's already been used. (It has NOT).
It says to contact customer service, but doesn't say how. (There is no ''review receipt'' option)
Every option we click on says...''For Offers, Receipts, Rewards, Surveys, and Shopping you MUST go through your activity ledger and click on Visited.''
Isn't this considered ''receipt or shopping??" If so, how are we supposed to go through the ledger and click on ''visited'' when we can't even upload the receipt?
HELP!!

The last paragraph on the 'How Do I Contact Customer Support' - "Can't Log In To See Your Activity Ledger? You may use this form to contact us. You should only use this route if you are unable to log in and see your Activity Ledger. Tickets created from these forms will require a 30 day investigation. - I don't know how much that will help, but it's worth a try. The orange text represents a link on their page that should bring up a form.

That form says the same thing.... that we must go through activity ledger. There's no correct option in the drop-down box either.
She sent them a message on Facebook so hopefully that will help
