    I di a survey yesterday for 893 points, I finished it. I looked on visitor and it shows up as 0 points awarded? And I can't submit a ticket without a photo? WTF

    When you submit a help ticket from the Visited option on the Account Statement page, it requires a photo/screenshot. I just take a screen shot of the homepage. lol.

    It's getting a bit ridiculous to expect us to have screen shots of everything. A lot of the times the confirmation page goes by so fast that there is NO TIME to get a screen shot! But like I said, I just send a screen shot of MP homepage and tell them I don't have one of the confirmaiton page
