What is up with these stupid emails we get now when we send in a ticket? Every time I click on the proper item in my account statement to send a ticket. Every time I get an email asking this:
"To proceed with the investigation of your ticket 9297917, please confirm the following information. If any of the requested below is blank, please be sure to fill them in. This means we did not receive the correct information on your ticket.
Survey ID:
Date of completion:
Amount Owed: 43"
All of the info is in the account statement. Why are they making us jump through more hoops to get our points? It's absolutely ridiculous!
