I just noticed that when I submit a magic receipt with a bunch of the 3 points items, I don't get general credit for a receipt, only the items. I just submitted 2, One at CVS for toilet paper and got a total of 3 points even tho it said it accepted the toilet paper so the missing 3 points must be the general receipt. the other for United with 6 items, 4 got accepted, 2 under review and I got 12 points not 15. Anyone else notice this.

There used to be a box that was checked off for the 3 points for the receipt. It's no longer there anymore so I guess that's why you didn't get credit.

I wonder if that's an error, or if we're no longer getting points for the receipt? Wouldn't surprise me if they take that away too.

Try submitting it under SURVEYS, Everyday receipt. See if it works that way.

I submitted them both again as general receipts and it worked for 3 points. What a pain!

I just did a 22 minute survey for 213 points and got the final page (with screens hot) and I even got the "congrats you have finished a survey" but no points. When I went to get the screen shot of the congratulation page it had gone on to the regular survey page and it no longer says that. OF course it is not in my activity list either. I think I had about 5 seconds before it moved onto the the webpage.

I did an earlier survey and got the screen shots but got no points but at least it is in my activity list.

I am trying, for the THIRD time, to get credit for my purchase of Enegizer MAX batteries. Again, I got the message that my receipt needs to be reviewed because there is a minimum purchase required. There are two charges for the batteries (AA and AAA sizes purchased). They had taken the batteries down after the second time I submitted on 12/23, then they reappeared on the list a few days later. Fingers crossed. I will send another help ticket if I have to...

And...it was denied again. And - of course, I submitted the Help Ticket. This time I included a photo of the two battery packages on top of the original receipt, with the top of the package right under the section showing where the two purchases appear. They better come up with a response this time.

Wow! I logged in today and had 800+ points and had already met my daily goal. Two large surveys I had completed in November finally credited, and they credited my attempted survey and completed survey. So it took me maybe two minutes to complete the rest of my to-do list for the day. Record time. LOL

I had that one a couple nights ago, and OMG was it ever slow!!! It could have easily been a 10 minute survey if their software had loaded faster! That was the most ridiculous survey I have ever entered. A couple times I got up and went to get something to eat, came back, and the dang thing was STILL LOADING! I did get credit for completing it, though. I was shocked. lol

I'm surprised I was even allowed to take that survey since I was blocked from surveys the entire month of Nov, and part of Dec. The ones I get now are 'surveys.prsrvy.com'...the ones where you have to pick 2 cities you want to visit from a list of about 30, or pick 2 words that describe your house, etc, etc,. I don't even bother with those. They always tell me my answers are inconsistant.
