Who writes these survey questions? And doesn't anyone edit them?

I wish I could teach these people about questions that are mutually exclusive (if you must pick one and only one answer) and collectively exhaustive. I just had a question about the size of the organization I work for and there was no "zero" and no option to say I did not work. If I worked, would I have time to answer these stuff??? REALLY???
And no videos today including the facebook videos. nothing on the watch page, the 6 pointer on the scrolling banner doesn't load, and the face book page is not even clickable today.
Just clicked on 7 day challenge, and there's a new one starting sept 13. Didn't even know.
RevU -- Clicks and Videos -- featured is a 9 pointer (under the box that asks for your email address, click on privacy policy -- awards 9 pts immediately). Also so a couple 5 pointers, and all others look like 3 pointers (up from 1 pt).

Do any of you ever get that survey company that shows the city landscape with the cars, bicycles, boats, etc? I answer "city landscape" when it asks me what I saw. Then the next question asks what I heard which gives me a choice of stuff like cow, car horn, bike bell, and something else. The only sounds in the video are of the boat horn, bike bell, and traffic rolling by. So I answer "bike bell" and every time, it disqualifies me. Makes no sense.
Isn't there an option that says "traffic?". If there is, try that next time. That's what I check off.Quote:

I just put in a ticket about my Daily Goal. I just started MP this morning, only had 8 items on my list, but I noticed it doesn't add up to what my Daily Goal is showing. And there are no Pending Points. I'm just missing 5 points in my Daily Goal.
