So mad.....
I only need to upload a receipt with 2 Magic Receipt items on it to complete my 7 Day Challenge.
I have a receipt from BJ's with 4 items on it, and every freaking one of them is under review!
So much for completing the challenge because I'm not going out and buying anything else just to upload a receipt.
I am so frustrated I need to vent. I need to upload one magic receipt to make my 7 day challenge. I thought that would be no problem as I bought wet cat food, cucumbers, baby ruth bars, and werthers sugar free. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT DENIED. The receipts are clear and I try not to have other things on the same receipt. Occasionally, I'll have one other item on it. The baby ruth and the werthers were big points but once you get denied they take it off your list and you can't see how much they screwed you. I have asked for reviews for each of them and I have sent help tickets with more copies of the perfectly clear receipts. I am not going to make the challenge because it ends tomorrow and I am afraid to buy anything else like a tomato or a banana since they will deny it too. Actually have bought tomatoes and bananas at Food King - not a store they recognize. Of course the store is still owned by Lowe's Food which they do recognize but the receipt says Food king.
I got lucky. Even though I uploaded that receipt with the four items on it, and they rejected it because the receipt was out of date by one day, they ended up giving me credit for them anyway and I got the credit on my challenge. I was surprised as heck that they gave it to me. All I need now is the credit for the To-Do List and Daily Goal completions for tomorrow and I'll get my extra 519 points. Woohoo.
Disappointed in the pop rewards surveys lately as I've had two error out. This last one I made sure to get screenshots of and submitted a help ticket for it.
Interesting, I got credit on today's to-do list for a magic receipt (that got denied) but not on the 7 day challenge. AAAARRRRGGGGHHH!!!!!Quote:

I stopped at Dollar Tree on my way home from the gas station and got 2 bags of Wherthers SUGAR FREE candies, worth 510 pts.
The receipt says ''Werthers Orig SF Hard CNDY''......but all I get is 3 frigging points for 'everyday receipt'. It doesn't recognize the Werthers!
That's SIX items (just today!) under review that could have completed my 7 Day Challenge.
I'm with you. I have 4 under review including werthers at dollar tree. I found a receipt for tomatoes and another for broccoli that I will try tomorrow. They are clear and easy to read but will most likely be rejected.Quote:

Still not credited for any receipts from yesterday, though.
Went to Aldi's today for groceries.
I bought 3 items that were on the magic receipt list: cucumbers, gum, and bread.
Uploaded it the first time and got 3 pts for everyday receipt, and the bread. It didn't recognize the cucumbers or gum.
Uploaded a second time and it recognized the bread, but not gum. The gum is the first item on the receipt and says "Sugar Free Gum."
Uploaded a third time for just the gum, and it STILL didn't recognize it!
Now I have 7 things under review for the past 2 days!
