    What do they mean ''see what else we can do??" They haven't done ANYTHING to begin with!

    I refuse to go out and buy something else, just to fill in that middle box on the Bingo board.

    It's 9pm now and I haven't heard anything. Now I have to wait until (at least) Monday.

    I printed coupons on 7/22 (supposed to get 2 pts. each) - still no credit, and of course, did NOT check off on my BINGO card. It's the last thing I need to make the plus. GRRRRRR....

    Edited to add: I wrote up my help request, and attached six files (scanned each page printed). When I tried to submit the form, it stated I had too many files attached. I deleted two, but made sure I had the first and last page in the four files I left attached. That changed allowed the request to be submitted.

    But I noticed you can no longer see what request was submitted on the help site, like you used to. I did get the standard email that the request was received and assigned a number, which I added to the copy I saved in my email drafts. They aren't making it easy.

    And I STILL haven't heard about my five Butterfinger bars that should have credited 850 points, nor the JD Powers survey for 209 points. But I am going to stay on them...

    WTH?

    Just signed in to MP, and checked my Bingo board, and the middle box is filled in!
    Checked my account summary and it says 'Magic Receipts - Chicken - Any Brand''.
    Where the heck did THAT come from?? LOL
    The last receipt I scanned was for gas...
    before that was the one I scanned on the 19th, for croutons, that wasn't accepted.
    I haven't bought ANY chicken in at least a year!

    I'm not gonna argue though because it filled all the boxes for PLUS, and I got my 150 pts!

    (I swear....if you don't already have a head full of gray hair when you join that site, you sure as heck will within the first year! )

    I don't know what they're doing these days. Apparently, they can't keep up with all of their tickets. Hopefully, nobody else was waiting on that chicken purchase credit. LOL

    So how do you submit a help ticket for magic receipts? I can't find it any where. They were reviewing one of my receipts, I got an email today saying it was rejected because the item was not on the receipt.
    I only bought 3 items. the Mahatma rice 2 was the 2nd item on the receipt. The entire name was actually spelled out!

    This is sooooo frustrating!

    Thanks so much. In my frustration, I didn't see it in the body of the explanation.

    I did have to laugh though, in the bottom of the page where you get to rate the explanation this was what they had:

    Doesn't this tell you something MyPoints?

    Anyway, I sent them a copy of their email, along with my receipt (with arrows pointing to the rice). Hopefully they credit this soon

    I discovered method to find help using my desktop computer - hover the cursor over your name, and a drop-down menu appears:
    Account Statement
    Bonus Points
    Settings
    ------------
    Help <--- under the grey line
    Sign Out

    Hope that helps for non-activity/survey issues. I found this when I was looking for a different way, too.

    I think we should get points for searching for Help and forms to submit for help. We should suggest 1,000 MP would be the minimum for our time and frustration.
