On two different surveys (a few weeks apart) I got half-way through, then came to the part saying they wanted to track my eye movement and needed access to my webcam. Of course, I don't have one for my desktop computer. Ugh - they should ask that right from the start, instead of wasting my time.

Another vent - just completed a survey about home and auto insurance for JD Powers, and got the green success banner - but had the message that the points were not awarded immediately. There was nothing about a delayed payment in the start of the survey - and it did not check off as a completed survey on my To Do list.

Not showing up as Pending points - going to submit a Help Ticket, with screen shots - I earned those 128 points.

I skip those. I never get credit for them. Waste of my time. Did you take a screen shot? I hope they credit you.

That is very annoying! It's happened to me as well. What's the purpose of tracking eye movement? If we're reading the screen our eyes are going left to right, top to bottom. Just seems like a reason for them to have access to our webcam. I don't trust it.

Well, today my "deal of the Day" won't credit. I have tried 2 computers, 2 different browsers, I tried to open in a new tab, new window, or same window.. Yeah, that's 12 clicks. How annoying.

On 6/28 I bought 5 baby ruth bars at H E B. Worth 850 points on magic receipts. On Tuesday or Wednesday (june 29 or 30) whichever day the upload magic receipt is a line item on the to-do list, I uploaded the baby ruth. There were 3 items on the receipt. but can they find the frigging baby ruths? NO!!!! It clearly says "Baby Ruth 5 each" no weird abbreviations. Now, of course, the deal is gone and I have bugged them twice for the points - nothing.

Well, the deal of the day finally credited just a minute ago. but it changed from walmart this morning to refer-a-friend just now.

I still haven't been credited for completing the last one

There's only 4 patterns to choose from again, and this one is only 5 days long. I think they did this shorter one before, and the majority of us weren't able to complete it. (or we only got 10 pts, because they had the other patterns where you had to purchase something)

As soon as I see that it's JD Powers, I close it. They never credit for me.
