Just submitted yet another Help Ticket for a Magic Receipt. Four items had to be reviewed after submission, and all four declined. I contested two of the items that I could prove. Fingers crossed for 173 points...
Where are the bonusmail points listed now on our account statement? Can't find it.
Never mind. I found it. LOL
Had to submit a Help Ticket for the Bonus Email that offered 5 points for going to the coupon page. It did not credit, and I clicked before the deadline. Argh. Sent a screenshot, of course.
I noticed that some items on the shopping list for Magic Receipts are now being more specific about quantities of items purchased. Bread purchase has to be 20 oz. or more. Oranges have to be one pound or more (I bought two large navel oranges that most likely weighed over a pound, but they were sold by the piece, so I don't have a weight on my receipt). Strawberries, onions, and apples also have to be a pound or more.
Be sure to check on the items you have on your list for applicable dates as well. I missed one for the dry pasta last month because I bought it a day too early. This keeps getting more complicated. *sigh*
Edited to add: And my Daily Goal today was 124. Not even going to try...
Mine mentioned the weight too. I've never noticed that before.
I have seen oranges sold by the pound, (in a 3lb bag ) but I don't know if the receipt will say that.
I've never looked at the weight of bread...lol...how big is a loaf??
This is all so stupid! If they want us to purchase items, why make it so difficult!
I also got the email for viewing coupon page, for 5 points....twice! Didn't get the points either time. Not bothering with help tickets. I have 15 in now as it is .
I rarely buy a bag of oranges since I'm the only one who peels and eats them (except mandarins, which I go through like candy). Like you, I don't know if a bag weight appears on the receipt, though the price of the oranges on the receipt might suggest it.
I checked out two bread product wrappers. My loaf of Pepperidge Farm Swirl Rye does say 16 oz. and the Everything Bagels from Aldi says 20 oz. (for six). Of course, that isn't on the receipt. We don't go through big loaves of bread for the two of us. At least I can still submit the bagels.
We did get two emails about the coupons. The one on 6/11 was supposed to award the 5 points; the later one didn't. I sent a screen shot of the email to prove it said it was awarding those points. Haven't heard about that yet. I did get confirmation for points being awarded for my tomatoes and lettuce. Might start a 'journal' of all the help tickets, receipt reviews, and delayed survey payments (I have two that are supposed to pay out in 10-15 days and 15-20 days). Tracking all of this is getting ridiculous.
Love the Everything bagels! I toast them and then melt a slice of cheese (usually Provolone or Munster) on each half for breakfast some days. Yes, I have submitted bagels as 'bread' - the Magic Receipt item is 'any bread' so I have used it for such. It really chaps my hide that the Pepperidge Farm swirl rye is only 16 oz.
