I really couldn't say. I am at the Topaz level (Level 6) which gives me 2 bonuses. One of the bonuses is I get almost instant reward redemptions. I put in for a gift card on Christmas and got it the same day. I have to continue to earn points to qualify for this stuff -- but I don't much worry about it.

This is how I check my status on my laptop: Click on your picture/name/initial to open the drop down menu. Click on your name, at the top it will show your name and status in the banner. Half way down, after the streak calendar you will see what bonuses you have.

Further down (just before all their company links) there is a line that says "Learn more about the Member Recognition Program" -- you can see the all the other levels and benefits and terms.

Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer on the reward.

Another thing I never remember to check -- the Blog on the website posts hourly winners. If you see yourself on their page you win 1000 SB. I can only reach the Blog by clicking the link in their company links at the bottom or on the Discover Home page (from the menu on the left side).
