Now I get to submit Help Tickets to SB. I had an extra receipt for purchasing Baby Ruth bars (it had rotated off my list at MP, but is back again). I got a message from MP saying it couldn't be verified. Then a day later, I got the message from SB - saying it couldn't be verified. Another round of screenshots and scanned receipts! Now I have to wait and see if they (1) actually get back to me in two days, and (2) see if they accepted the scanned receipt. I was able to use the Customer Support link in my statement, unlike MP which keeps loading the account statement. You would think that if the programming works on one site, they could get it to work in the other.
Well - they did it right. I was awarded the 200 points for my Baby Ruth bars. The same person (April) sent the notification for SB, and also sent the one from MP. I got my points on both sited (different receipts).Quote:

Check you Inbox. There is a 2pt Discover that you can play over and over. It also appears as a pop up in the bottom right corner (on my laptop). I watch the 30 sec video, click once, click on thumbs down and I'm done. Repeat.
