I've been doing that for a while. It isn't always there. And it doesn't seem to take my receipts every day. Yesterday I submitted Food Lion no problem. Today it's telling me my Kroger receipt has no store name. Maybe there's a 1x week restriction or something. It doesn't say that.

How many receipts can I submit to earn SB?
FollowThe maximum number of receipts that can be submitted will be indicated before tapping into the receipt offer. We currently allow US & Canada members up to 10 unique receipts to be submitted each week. Once you’ve reached your max, the receipt section will be hidden from the app. Swagbucks reserves the right to change the maximum number of receipts at any time.

I cannot get Kroger to accept at all. I thought maybe it's because I was submitting the receipt in 2 pieces, so I tried a smaller one -- no go. I try whenever I have a receipt -- not all get accepted even though they are on the list of participating stores.

The response I get is that it's too blurry.
I say BS. lol
I can read it. It's not blurry.
I submitted ticket to them wiht receipt. Probably have to wait until monday to get credit

Boy, you can really tell SwagBucks and MyPoints are operated by the same people!
I sent them a help ticket this morning about my receipt being declined, saying it was blurry.
Here's the response I got.................
Hello Lisa,
We apologize for the issues you've been having with coupon printing. We have reached out to Coupons.com about this issue and after researching the problem, they were able to trace it back to a database update that occurred on May 1st.
They have fixed the issue and are working to re-process the data from when the error originated. We hope to have this rectified in affected member accounts in the next few days. Thank you so much for your patience!
