    PineCone Research

I used to me a member of PineCone Research, but was removed because of inactivity (during the time I was retiring, moving, getting divorced). I have been trying to get back in for a while, without luck - UNTIL today!

PinchMe (samples) sent out an email to join PineCone Research, and I was able to sign up again! If you got that email, do it! PineCone Research is legit, and when I was with them years ago, got to test some products and give my opinion about how useful/effective/etc. the product was, and got paid for my efforts. I remember one test item that they shipped, I used for a month, and shipped back (they included paid return shipping label) - interesting test product, but apparently not a successful concept, so it was never manufactured.

This program does not necessarily put out a whole bunch of useless activities to earn points, but I was impressed with the integrity in their process, and did get paid for my participation. Sometimes they do have banner ads to sign up, but those are not out often. I don't remember that the offered referral links often, either. If I get a referral link, I will post it in the proper area.

I've been with them almost 6 yrs. They're down to $3 per survey (from $5), "IF" you qualify. Used to be you'd answer all the questions regardless, and they'd pay you. Now it's just like all the other survey sites where you have to qualify.

I just got a survey from them a few hours ago but haven't tried it yet. I usually average 2 surveys a month.

I can't remember where I saw it, but they don't like referral links posted on sites like these. They want people to come across it like you just did.

I wouldn't say PineCone is a regular source of rewards, but usually a nice side activity. I used to have a higher percentage success rate with PineCone than some others.

Yes, true. I got a few nice products to sample from them. Just wish there were more.
I checked my account with them, and it says I've only qualified for 3 surveys from them since Feb. *sigh*

They don't take referrals. I find that because I answer surveys through MP and Swagbucks I get fewer from Pinecone. I've recognized some of their surveys on Swagbucks. You might want to check your profile and update it. I found a lot of things were wrong on mine. Don't know why, just was. I got an email from them on 6/16 that said they saw that I took my rewards in Paypal payments and letting me know that Paypal redemptions are currently unavailable. Paypal would be added back to their Rewards as soon as issues have been resolved. Not sure what the problem is.

I got the same email, but since I haven't qualified for any surveys recently, I don't know if Paypal is working yet or not.

Got 2 surveys today. Signed in to first one and automatically got the response that I don't qualify for it, (then why send it to me??), and the 2nd one I actually completed!

Did you ever get credited for that Paypal cash out you did on Pinecone at the end of June? The notice about Paypal being unavailable is still there and when I contacted them they said it was still down.
