    It took a while, but I *finally* got my coupon points and June Monthly Goal points! Last night I submitted a 'General' Help Ticket, and referenced the one I submitted on June 28. I mentioned that I was helped by Rae last month when I had a similar problem, and she was the one who responded this afternoon/evening to let me know that all points were added to my account. Whew! Now I can stop stressing out about it.

    Glad you got all the points, but that was a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for that. And they wonder why people drop the f-bomb when they send help tickets to them! LOL

    I hope these Monthly Goals are over -- you guys are stressing too much about them! It sounds worse than a job.

    That's funny, I had much better luck with monthly goals than I do with the daily list. It seems if I go over my daily goal then they raise my goal. At one point my daily goal was 250 points 2 days in a row. So I tend to stop using mypoints after I hit my goal for the day. I would use them more if they didn't raise my daily goal when I hit a big number (like for shopping).

    When my Daily Goal goes higher than I can comfortably meet without spending all day looking for stupid videos to run, I take a break for a few days. I'm pretty good at being able to ignore techy stuff. I don't even have a cell phone -- I read. In a couple days the goal goes down and I'm back in business. So I don't earn pennies for a few days -- no stress either.

    I don't always go for the Daily Goal - I always do the daily five. And if a survey helps me meet the Daily Goal, that's great - but I don't stress about it.

    The Daily Goal sometimes changes daily. Usually it's higher towards the end of the month.
    Some days mine is 50, some days 75, and end of the month is around 225-250.

    What the heck happened to their post on their FB page, with the EnCraves to watch? (10 per day). Am I just missing it, or is it gone??

    Swagbucks is becoming as much of a joke as MyPoints.

    I sent a help ticket this morning to SB about the 2 times I shopped at Lowes through MP, but now I'm getting credited at SB.

    Here's the response they sent.......

    Hello Lisa,

    We apologize for the issues you've been having with coupon printing. We have reached out to Coupons.com about this issue and after researching the problem, they were able to trace it back to a database update that occurred on May 1st.

    They have fixed the issue and are working to re-process the data from when the error originated. We hope to have this rectified in affected member accounts in the next few days. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Sent them an email about my shopping points from Lowes. Got this response:
