Probably gift cards. I've gotten a lot. I usually wait until Christmas or get the ones that go on sale during the month under Hot Deals

I took that stupid survey twice and never got any points. Opps, you are right, took off 100.
I just sent them an email. I think we all need to tell them before they will believe any of us.

I went back and checked 'my account summary' and it says "points adjustment....+500 points".
I never paid attention to the amount of points I had before or after taking survey, so I guess it was wrong and they corrected it.
Thanks for posting about it. I hope you both get your points corrected.

3lilpigs, no, mine says 500+ but I know I had 5096 before I took the survey. I kept checking every few days to see if it got higher. it now has 4996 points but the last entry is for 500+ points. I do not have a screen shot unfortunately, I just know how many I had. I figured if I sign in every day I only have to look at the total to see if they added my points and not go and click all the way thru.

I keep track of my points total also and that's why I noticed that even though I had a +500 point adjustment, my points total went down by 100. I used their online chat and they adjusted my account by 600 points to get to the correct total. Seems like they know about the technical issue but it didn't seem like they were going to do anything about it unless you ask them to correct it.
