    Thumbs down update Harris poll still good

    update 4/6: issue was fixed - cashed out no problems. HP email today said they had tech issues


    I have been trying to cash out there for months. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE?

    It started asking for DOB to confirm my cashout AND THEN says mine does not match their records. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT they show in their records. I completed a help desk request over 2 months ago (ha ha - DOB issues is one of the help topics so others must have same issues) and they asked me to reply with info to verify who I am which I did. and am still waiting to hear back . I have done several more tickets since then but still cannot cash out due to "wrong DOB".

    WHAT A MESS THERE! I have been a member there since forever and never had a problem cashing out before. I am still getting survey invite emails and shoptracker requests which i have stopped doing as I cannot cash out. I have added theIR help desk email addy to my contacts and check my spam folder regularly and I have ALSO checked my blocked email list to assure they were not accidentally blocked. I tried to cash out again and then they had a notice up that some members accounts had been hacked and to request a new password - well i clicked the reset link and waited and waited over a week for the new password link which never came. So i went back and finally was sent a link to Reset my password but still have not heard back on any of the DOB help desk ticket ISSUES!

    If any one has ideas on how to contact a real person there it would be much appreciated.

    I cashed out in December for a $25 Amazon with no problems! I hope you get this fixed soon!
