CR is just one of the worst reward sites ever! They sent me a reply saying when my account was inactive for 6 mths, all my points would be gone. I was only offline for 9 days. It's totally BS!

I did email them back and asked if they ever read my ticket at all. Took them a month to reply. I don't expect anything good from them.

i am so sorry to hear this,it takes so long to
get enough pts to cash out to have them taken
away
