Memolink use to reward my points from purchases within two weeks. Now with this new person Keely she is making me what 35-45 days before she checks into it and then she has to sent and inquiry to the store which will make it take longer. So much for earning points for Gift cards before Xmas. If Shopping through Memolink is going to get me the points after the holidays I am going to find another of the reward programs to do my online shopping through. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry, I never shop through Memolink becuase there are much better rewards programs for shopping. They are also taking longer to send out payments, and they ahve devalued points for many other activities

The same thing for shopping has happened with me also-in fact I never did get all my points due me for one purchase I did a while back.

i am also haveing trouble,they took over 2000 points away from me a couple of months ago, and just now getting to asking me about it,,i think that i will find another one to shop at, sure am disapointed in them again, they were so great for a long time, but will have to change to

Boy were you luck! Usually it took around 4 months to get the points for me - especially since i purchased items thru their emails or peanut labs. I buy thru a site where i get cash back instead. Better return for cash value - can puchase a gc and have money left over, just puchasing a couple cheap items. I stopped purchasing thru reward sites years ago.

ya, my daughter has been waiting since sept for a ten dollar shell card, sure am going to go somewhere else to do the shopping through, they are going back to the way they were years ago, to bad
