MyPoints problem
Anyone have problems with MyPoints not crediting for shopping? I made two different purchases on 7/5.
I forwarded them both confirmation emails, and received replies that I hadn't clicked through their site and will not be getting credit.
I KNOW I clicked through their site, and was wondering if anyone else has had a problem?
I belong to several different sites, and will not shopping through MyPoints again.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with them. I have made a few purchases through their site in the last month and received credit within a few days. Did you clear cache and cookies before you shopped?

Didn't clear cookies, but I've shopped with them before and not had a problem. Thanks for replying
