Thread: Toluna Survey site

Hi I was wondering if anyone is haveing the same problem with them that I'm haveing. I can log in and do the sponsored polls but I do not recieve any credit for doing them. On the same day this start I also stop recieving email invites to the surveys. I have emailed them 3 time with no reply. I post it on their facebook pages and was tol that I'm opt out of doing the survey but when I check it say that I'm opt in. I had a friend check her and she is getting credit so I had her check mine and still no credit so it is not my computer.

Does anyone know how to contract other than email?
Is anyone having the same problem?
Does anyone have idea on how to fit it?

All I can tell you is to get out while this is your biggest problem, if you don't have much to loose. I unsubbed from them because they have terrible customer service and I found out the points expire if you don't use them in time, and if you can't get credited, how are you going to earn enough in time to cash out?
