Has anyone else gotten a survey recently that asked for user name and password to start the survey? If so, how do you get past this to take the survey?

I sometimes have to enter that info 3 times before I actually get to the survey.

Believe me, it's getting better because in the beginning when I would enter my fe-mail and password it would take forever to get to the page of surveys.
I've been a member of Lightspeed surveys for many years and I love that site.
Just to let you know, you will ALWAYS have to input your fe-mail and password before you can get to the surveys. There's just no way around it. That's the way its always been.

I didn't make my original question clear. I'm sorry. My problem happens after I get to the survey page and click on the survey offered to you. Then after the redirect to suvey page the next one asks for our user name and password. My Lightspeed user name and password will not work. I have tried it several times with no success. I have Emailed Laurern, but I doubt I'll get an answer. Has anyone else received a survey that asks for a user name and survey before you can begin taking it? I hope it is clearer this time.

I have had this same problem lately and it really irritates me.
