Yes, I got a check from them last week. I get a survey once every week or two. HTH

Are you still able to log in to your account at Pinecone? A lot of people were terminated from them about a month ago. They claim they are "refreshing" the panel. Originally Posted by penguinlady61

Just hang in there. I used to get one every ten days like clockwork. I hadn't gotten any surveys for about two months there and I wondered about it. I was still a member, so didn't worry too much. Now I seem to be needed again. They've sent me one every week now for the past three months. Plus I get those household question things all the time now. It just depends on what they need at the time.

well, this got me to thinking that I hadnt had one in a while ..checking back it was 4/29 .. so I tried to log in . .and nothing ... emailed CS and this was the reply.. I think its awful that they just dumped us without even an email ..

our research panel in order to stay current with changes in the general
population and to provide clients with the broadest possible spectrum of
consumer opinions. In doing so, on occasion we have had to discontinue
the membership of some of our panelists.
Your household was on the list for deactivation and subsequently removed
from the panel.

That is terrible that they didn't send an email telling they were removing you guys.
Not a very good way of doing business. I wonder if it was the same time they sent an email to me with a link for a friend to join. Seems like they wanted new members so they could kick old members out. Not very nice.

That's horrible. It's hard to imagine a company like that doing something like this.
I'm really sorry it happened to you. Guess I'll keep myself on my toes and the next time I don't get any surveys for a while, I'll have to login to see if I'm still a member.

I tried to log in and was apparently deactivated as well. I called a friend and she was as well. I sent off a letter with my opinions on the matter.
How hard is it to send out a mass email to panelists?!
