Thread: Are you getting any credit for Toluna surveys?

I looked in the points section in my account and it shows the surveys I've taken but no points on most of them. Theres some pending and a few show points earned but not many. Most of what I've earned is polls. They say 4 to 6 weeks on most surveys I've completed but I still don't see the points added.

They still owe me points from Dec and Jan they never reply to my emails.

I haven't done a single one for Toluna so far, and now I am glad that I haven't!

I leave the survey invites open while I'm doing the survey (just in case I have a problem with it - I have the email handy). I have twice been thanked at the end of a survey and told I was entered into a sweepstakes when the invitations CLEARLY said they were for points. I wouldn't have done them if they were for entries and not points

I didn't have any problems before Greenfield joined them. Now they send out so many survey invites it's impossible to keep track of them all. And I think they know we can't keep track of them.

Also, before Greenfield joined them, my surveys credited to my account right away. After the Greenfield merger, they suddenly need 4-6 weeks to credit the surveys.

When it was Your2cents they credited right away for me too I hate waiting 4 to 6 weeks to get the points. I do think they change from points to a sweepstakes entry too.

I was screwed out of point by these people. I wrote 5 times asking for help, of course it fell on deaf ears. I cashed out and have not looked back. If you have not been screwed by this company, give it time, they will screw you over and not give a damn.
