STRANGE Problem with Lightspeed
Besides everything else that is not working properly with Lightspeed, I seem to have a really odd problem and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well. (Of course I wrote to 'Lauren' about a week ago, why I do NOT know, and of course I have gotten no response.) When I get an email that a survey is available I log in without any problem, click on the survey number and then get kicked out of Lightspeed as if I never logged in at all. I then get the following message:
"Your email address and password combination do not match any in our database. Please try again."
This is the same message that appears if you enter the wrong password and/or email address. BUT I actually DID log in, clicked on the number for the survey and instead of the survey opening up I get kicked out! VERY odd problem but it has repeatedly happened for about ten days now, over and over again.
ANYONE ELSE experiencing this or have any idea how to solve this problem, short of quitting Lightspeed once and for all? THANKS!

You might need to change browsers. I had a similar problem with updating my profile in a survey site like that, it may have been lightspeed surveys and I switched from firefox to IE and things went ok again.You might also like to use the forgot password function in case someone has logged into your account and done something EDITED. Link not allowed.

THANKS for the browser suggestion but I did try using IE instead of Firefox and it did not work. My account seems okay but maybe a password change is in order.
What does EDITED. Link not allowed mean? Was something removed from your post?

That happened to me, however it was after I had spent 50 minutes doing a health survey. I haven't gotten the 300 points either. I have emailed Lauren, {Duh??** and of course haven't gotten a reply.

THANKS for the pointer but I do clean my cache at least once per day. AND thanks again for the info on Edited!

I had this exact happen to me too a couple weeks ago.
I did 2 surveys today thoug with no problem at all.

I have kind of the same problem except that I can log in and take a survey , but when I try to check my points it gives me the same error message as you get. I'm not sure what is going on either.
