Did anyone find out about Freeride messing up again?
It's giving me pts for things I didn't buy again. Are you getting the same mess up in your account? It did that before and then took the pts away. It's doing it again. ????? TIA

I was just coming here to ask the same thing lol. I got another extra 8,000 points on july 31. Ya they took back them other 8,000 points on the 31 but then gave me these other ones. This is crazy..they need to get their act together

they never took away the 8000 points they gave me July 31. I told them they were in error and they said they didn't think so. I wish they'd fix it.

I'm about ready to cash out and stop with them. Course, as soon as I do they won't send me anything cause it was a mistake and then kick me out.

Now they have added on another 1200 pts!
They still haven't answered my two emails about the other 8000 points they added that weren't mine.

Same here. It's for one of the offers (Debbie Meyer Green Bags) that I was credited for in the first 8000 points.

I just sent them an email asking what this offer was and saying i did NOT do it. AS it has been given credit to me twice now. And to make sure we do NOT get billed for something we did NOT sign up for. i also told them there are several people are rewards boards talking about this and would like to see this fixed.
