Lightspeed panel?
Anybody able to redeem their points? When I hit the redeem button nothing happens. It wont go to the redeem page.

Last time I redeemed was about a week ago. It worked fine then. All I can say is contact Lauren. But good luck cause often she never responds. I found that mass emailing her (say, 30 emails a day. lol) has worked a few times. I found a phone number before on the site but for the life of me I can't find it now. I'll keep looking and if I come across it, I'll post. Maybe try to redeem again tomorrow. It could just be a glitch.
I am extraordinarily patient, provided I get my own way in the end.

Thanks I'll see Monday what they say. I've tried a bunch of times but it still isn't working. It just sits there and does nothing when I push it. I've never had a problem before with it.

I had the same thing to happen once when I tried to cash-out on a weekend. I received a very nice email back from them first thing on Monday morning saying the problem had been fixed.

I also tried to cash out and it wouldn't connect to the rewards page. I hope it is just a weekend glitch.

Has anyone ever tried calling Lightspeed on their toll free number? Are they cooperative in solving problems? I am having a lot of trouble with doing surveys and then finding I did not get points for them. I'm wondering if it better to try to find out why or if it's better to leave well enough alone.

I'm glad its not just me having the problem so maybe they'll work it out, I've never called them before I usually just email them.

I recommend emailing them. Whenever the points I am owed don't show up in my account I email them with the amount of point owed and the study number and they always show up in the next weekday or two. I don't get an acknowledgement email back but they show up.
