This doesn't make sense

I went to Memolink and ordered the Entertainment Book. Says on the site I will get 5,940 pts. I then looked at my bonus emails from them and got an
Entertainment Book email. It says if I buy it I will get 5,400 pts. That is a difference of 540 pts.

Why is bonus email less than going to the site and buying the book? We may need to do a search of the site before buying anything from bonus email.

Are you MemoGold? It sounds like the extra 10%. The emails go out to everyone, and so don't show the 10%. But the offer on their site should have the 10% added in.

Now I'm sure that must be it. I'm not MemoGold anymore so I don't get the extra 10%. So I just checked....for me their site only shows 5,400 points for the entertainment book.

with memogold it would be an extra 540 so that would be correct. so you must be memogold?

furthermore, this does not make sense to me. ON 2 occasions i have taken surveys (OP) and i will only fill out the classifications or whatever and it will say sorry you don't qualify, but when i submit the next page says congratulations your answers have been recorded. So they are goofing up big time. I feel if i do get credit it makes up for the juice ones or chip/snacks surveys i do all the way thru and then get down to the classifications and it says sorry you did not qualify. you may take another survey. ARGH!

It's been a while since I've been to their site, and just went in tonight, but the login page looks different. Have they changed their site recently?
