I emailed them and got the same response as whatever did. The link they sent me takes me to the same place on their site where I sent them an email.
Why would I want to send them another message and get the same canned reply? IMO there was nothing wrong with the old site. Now I can't find anything and the site is so ugly and drab like janelle said.
Save a life. Adopt a homeless pet from a shelter or rescue group.
