Thread: Zoom Panel?

Zoom Panel is gotten to me lately. The surveys are long and boring and there is absolutely nothing I like for which I can redeem my points. After another boring survey today I get this reply:

"You've earned null ZoomPoints by completing this survey. Your ZoomRewards account will be updated shortly."

THIS ONE is new to me! Anyone ever get THIS response after finishing a survey? TIA!

Eek! I haven't gotten that message after completing any of their surveys. I'm sure it's only a matter of time though. Did you qualify for the survey? If so, send them an email saying you want your points. It's not fair for them to get our full completed surveys and not give us any compensation for them.

I would love to see them add gc to the folios, and not with other merch added to it like the Starbucks gc w/mug warmer. I'd say maybe if enough of us wrote to them about adding gc they'd listen, but they never read the full email they're sent.

I did write to them about the spin to win. At least with the sweeps entries we had a chance to win something decent, like $100 and up. I haven't won anything from spin to win. Got the same generic response from them that "no one else has complained about it". I seriously doubt that I'm the only one that has complained about spin to win.

I used to get a ton of surveys from them, but these days not very many. And that would make me mad to do a survey to not get nothing.
Yes i to wish they would add GC's like hp and other sites.

I still get survey's and still qualify for most of them and have quite a bit of points.......BUT the last thing I redeemed my points in for(a mag. sub) back in Jan. I still have not recieved and I have emailed and complained at least 5 times and still get the same result back saying they are looking into it. I have even asked for my points to be put back into my account and cancel my redemption order but they wont do that. So I am really not wanting to redeem my points in for something right now not knowing if I will even get it. Other then that problem I kinda like zoom

I can't login on Internet Explorer. They can't tell me why. They keep saying that my cookies aren't enabled, but they are. I don't have problems anywhere else. Anyway, I can login with firefox. So you may want to try that. If you don't have it you can download it for free.

I can't log in with IE7, I have cookies enabled too. For some dumb reason their site doesn't work w/ new versions of IE. So I use one of my older puters w/ IE6 on it and I can log in that way with no problems. I'll have to try downloading Firefox.

I've been a member for about a year or so, I have about 1100 pts and have yet to cash out even once!
