I ordered something a couple of weeks ago and I received it within a week. It was delivered to the door and it wasn't damaged. However, it was a movie so that is simple to package and easy to send. Perhaps bulky items are more complicated and cause issues.

I think we may be at the end folks..... cart gives a 501 error.
All emails to them bounce. And they will not respond on FB.

The items I ordered from them are on their way to me-tracking info from UPS tells me so.
Maybe they are having technical problems?
They did also respond to my e-mail to let me know they wew delayed in sending it out.Last edited by crb; 10-25-2012 at 08:15 PM.

I would say if you got a prize you are one of the lucky ones. A 501 error can be fixed pretty fast. It has been over two weeks. They responded working on it....
