Question: Paid surveys on Multiple survey sites

I have just started doing this and I know you can't have multiple "accounts" with one survey site, however, I read something that talked about not taking the same survey on different survey sites. Like if you go to Paid Survey Site A and do a survey from Partner 1, then go to Paid Survey Site B and they offer the same survery from the same partner, you can't take it or you will be booted off the site. Now, there are tons of paid survey sites out there, and probably the same partner sends their surveys to all the sites, so how are you suppoed to know what you have taken?
ANyone know anything about this? I wonder as if you can only take the survey once, how is everyone making so much money - I'd be wiling to bet there are less surveys to take than there are survey sites offering them.
    Any thoughts from anyone?
    Thanks

Re: Question: Paid surveys on Multiple survey sites

I've only been taking survey's for about 3 months now and I have yet to take a survey that is offered to me twice by different survey companies....I havent made a great deal of money but I have made some and have gotten a lot more incentives more then cash, like webcertificates, magazine sub., product test, etc...I dont do paypal yet and I know if I did that I would probably be paid better do to some survey companies only pay by paypal...do some searching around on here and you will find what is the best companies to join for surveys. It took me awhile before I started getting and qualifying for surveys once I signed up, you have to be patient. It all has to depend on your demographics as well so make sure you fill out all the profiles that are offered. But to originally answer your question, I dont think it really matters if you do the same survey for different companies, but then again I dont know for sure because I havent recieved the same survey either.

It's possible to do the same survey for more than one company. However, it's not advised or allowed. They want unique data from unique individuals, not replications.

Re: Question: Paid surveys on Multiple survey sites

Well, I have only been doing this about 3 months and only work with 4 regularily and 2 more slightly and so far to my knowledge, I have not taken an identical survey at two survey sites. I had just noticed this mentioned someplace, (can't remember where) and gave it thought. I can undestand why both the partner and the survey site would say that you can't take the same survey - the partner pays the survey site, the survey site pays you, so the partner could be paying the surveys site 10 times and it go to the same person and not getting unique info for their survey to boot. Certainly can understand their concern. but how are you suppose to keep track? I have noticed a very few same partners are often on multiple survey sites, but the actual survey has always been different. I am making a little money from it all - "mad money" so to speak, but you hear all the time about people saying they are making tons of money taking surveys, reading emails, etc. Granted that doesn't mean they are or that if they are it is honestly, but I was on a site that listed dozens and dozens of survey sites and saying that "this is my income - takig surveys with all these sites". I'm an honest person and just want to do things right, so thanks for any input!
