anyone else have problems with Lightspeed?

I cashed out a week ago for an amazon cert. Surprise surprise Lightspeed hasn't sent it to me yet.

I've sent them emails, but as usual they don't respond. Anyone else have problems with them sending out rewards?

It's getting to the point with them that as soon as I use up the rest of my points, I'm ditching them.

i cashed out with them for pp and it took over a week or so. can't recall the exact amount of time, but they did pay. i just get frustrated at how i can spend so much time doing surveys and then says i don't qualify and the other day did one was almost finished and their had tech. problems. was a 200 pt survey. needless to say i'm screwed out of those pts!!!

I cashed out about a month ago for 2 $25.00 gc to Amazon. I received them w/in 48 hours. Sorry, you're having problems.

In the past I've had problems with Lightspeed and not getting my rewards. After a few emails I finally received my check by FedEx.

So much for their "instant rewards"

I can't count the number of surveys that I don't qualify for, or that have technical diffuculties. It's such a waste of time to spend 20 minutes on a survey and then get the sorry you don't qualify screen.

That happened to me about two weeks ago. Finally had enough for a $10 amazon cashed out, took them a week to send it but it was in my account at lightspeed (I check that daily after I cash out) so I found it the day after I cashed out and used it. The next day got a survey for 500 points so I cashed out for a $5 amazon and I'm still waiting for it.

The way to find if it's at lightspeed in your account, sign in, click on your opinion points, click on redeem, the perks page will come up, at the top click on rewards account on the top of page, then your redemptions for the past month come up, click on the redemption number for your cash out, next page click view ecert. If it's in your account the amazon gc number will be on the next page. Hope this helps you.

I tried that and it says my redemption is pending.

I'll be checking it everyday until it shows up.

I had a problem with them not paying me for an in-home study. They wouldn't answer my emails, so I decided to get the BBB involved. It took the BBB two times to finally get my money.

actually you want to e-mail perks not lightspeed they dont handle the prizes anymore.last time i cashed out at lightspeed was on oct 2nd for a 5 dollar amazon gift card it came within 10 min.sorry to hear most of you are having problems.

Today I received 2 $5 Amazon GCs. ONe I cashed out for over a week ago and the other one I had just requested yesterday.

I cashed today for a $5 amazon and received it 10 minutes.

I do have a problem with some surveys from them in which I have answered questions for almost 15 minutes and being told that I do not qualify.

But that seem to be happening with a few other survey sites also.

I have cashed out for $50 in Amazon g.c since last month from Lightspeed and have received all. I did a lot of high points surveys and I recently did a product test for 2000 points.
