Has anyone else had trouble logging in today? I haven't been able to log in since last night!

I JUST got a survey worth $100, when I clicked on the link it said "surveys are closed at this time". UGH! Why do they do this!!

I got that too and I finished it and got an error message!!!!!!

update: I did get into my account and now it shows $50.00 instead of the $100 grrrr

I missed out on that one too I sent them an email the other day about some money that should have already been dumped into my paypal a few weeks ago and I haven't heard anything....anyone else ever have this problem with them???

I have a pending payment from then that was supposed to be put in my paypal account on Oct 7 and it still hasn't happened yet. I e-mail them a week ago and no response yet...

Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue that many of our members are
experiencing. Here is the deal, this usually happens when you attempt to
take a survey that used to be available, but is now closed because it hs
met its quota. Our surveys tend to fill up rather quickly. Because of
this, our surveys close down immediately. When this is the case, our
system will attempt to redirect you to any other surveys that you may
qualify for. If there are no alternate surveys available for you to
take, you get the message that you are inquiring about.

I am also waiting on 2 payments to post for the buy.com GC adding up to $25.
One was to be posted on Sept. 28th and the other on Oct. 4th. I have e-mailed about both..yet no response about the payments.


I have been doing gozing for about a year now and it seems to just be going down hill.

I still have no response to my email.........i think I might never see this money or if I do it will be a long time coming.....you know I understand how they might be behind or something but it only takes a few mins to send me an email telling me that

I went to my account today and the $50 that was posted yesterday is now GONE

I emailed them and told them they better put it back! lol...anyone have a phone number for these people??

After emailing them, they never responded but now there is $100 sitting in my payout report due to be paid in December ...now to make sure they pay lol

GOOD! No hopefully they'll pay you! I am still waiting for mine to become available for cashout..

I am done taking surveys for them until I get paid for everything I have pending.

I sent them an email earlier this afternoon about unpaid surveys disappearing from my account, surveys showing up as closed even though I had just received the invite email, and surveys staying unpaid after 2 months. The reply I got was the same one that HoneyBunch received above. And to make things worse when I went to check the status of my account, I noticed yet another 2 of my completed/unpaid surveys were removed.
