Re: upromise question
I joined UPromise when it first opened up thru MyPoints. My mom linked with my account and we have over $600. We are sending for the money now cause my son is off to college in the fall. I dont do much shopping online, so the grocery and gas (Mobil) purchases really add up. Also, we both have CitiBank UPromise credit cards and we get 1% back every month . If you have anyone (grandparent, aunt, uncle) that can link to your account thats even better . Also, if you go to their restaurant section some of them give 10% back. (then I charge the dinner on my Upromise card and get the 1% back from that) :p
AOL has just teamed up with UPromise and you can link your AOL account to UPromise and get double rewards.

Re: upromise question
I signed up some time ago for my granddaughter. I figure by the time she goes to college it will have more money in it. I get most of my earnings from using my ExxonMobil gas card. I know there is something new with AOL too. If you join through them, or link your account to them, they will match the ExxonMobil savings as well as other incentives.

Re: upromise question
I've recently linked my grocery store cards with my upromise account and I am amazed at how easy it is to earn money. Granted it's a little here and a little there but I don't even realize I'm doing it. I've only had this linked for about 2 weeks and I already have a little over $6. Concidering my husband and I have no children yet I'm fairly confident that I can get that number to creep up to a respectable amount by the time our unborn children are of college age. It's all about planning ahead!!! I'm thrilled with upromise! :)
