(a) a Kitchen Remodel and Trip Package which includes a $100,000 check that can be used for a kitchen remodel (winner will need to secure own designer and contractor) and a trip package, up to $40,000, includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) travel companions from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to either Tuscany, Italy, Bordeaux, France, Geneva, Switzerland, Bangkok, Thailand, Brussels, Belgium, or Mexico City, Mexico; accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel (if applicable); and various activities depending on selected city.

The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $2,572. ARV: $8,572.

Sponsor will also provide the winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner and friend with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $4,286.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize.
Prizes available during Weekly Entry Periods:

(a) a trip for four (4) to one of the following cities: New Orleans, New York, Charleston, SC, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Miami, Portland, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Napa, Seattle, or Nashville. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to selected city; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel; $300-$1,000 based on selected destination allowance for local excursions or tours and $1,000 spending money. Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $3,621. ARV: $12,071.

Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $643. The virtual experience must be completed within one (1) year from the drawing date or that portion of the prize will be forfeited. ARV: $2,143.
Winner will be required to agree that Sponsor and/or respective agents will be taking video or photographs and/or otherwise record aspects of the virtual cooking class (“Prize Footage”). Winner agrees that Sponsor shall own the Prize Footage and that Sponsor, and respective designees, assigns and licensees shall have the right to edit, exploit, adapt, distribute, post, create derivative works of, and otherwise use the Prize Footage, in whole or in part, and in combination with other materials, in any manner, for any advertising, promotional, trade, commercial or other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.
