Whats your weekend look like?

I know we all have busy lives, just wanted to see what everyone else does on the weekends.

I'll start:

Today, not much went on, went to breakfast with parents and dh, bestie just happened to be there with her family, shopped for birthday present. Fixed dinner, son had baseball practice.

Tomorrow. 8am:dd soccer pictures 9am Soccer game, sometime after that hoping to go into town to Poage Landing Days, a town celebration with free bouncy things for kids, food vendors, and a HUGE craft tent. 2:30 birthday party (skating), and at 4pm ds baseball game, which is at least 30 minutes away, and 6pm another baseball game.

Sunday, church, 2pm baseball game and 4pm baseball game.

Then Monday starts the week over.....

Tomorrow mowing, weedeating & general lawn work.
Tomorrow night, family movie & board game night.
Sunday church.

I don't have too much going on, or at least not much planned. I am planning on finishing up some things I've been slacking on since my school starts up on Monday and then I won't have much free time.

Today:

Jammies day. Recovering from a bad week (future hubby's cat of 15 years died monday). Did some laundry and did some tv watching.

Saturday:

Leave here about 745am and drive to Derry, NH for my kids soccer game at 930. Then off to home and Kmart to get my Moms crockpot back and then Market Basket for supplies. Maybe apple picking with the kids in the afternoon.

Sunday:

Nothing but me and the kids and hanging out. They should be heading back to NH around 700pm or so and I will have a beer or 5 and watch tv.

Friday - off work & home at 6:45, fix dinner - leave at 8:00 to pick up son from football practice 8:30-8:45 (practice is never over with at the same time). Back home with son so he and I can eat dinner - everyone else has already eaten while I was away picking him up.
Saturday - up at 5:30 to go to 2nd job (clean a local bar every morning), home and get football son & baseball son up. Leave at 7:15 to get f son at fields by 7:45 for a 9am game, drive halfway back to my house to drop baseball son off for practice at 9am. go back to watch most of football game, out of there around 11:15-11:30. go back to baseball fields to pick up b son at 12pm. Go home, get kids lunch and then have to drive 30 minutes to go to work for about 5-6 hours. Home and cook dinner & make brownies for Sunday's baseball picnic.
Sunday - up at 8am to clean bar. Have to drive out 30 minutes to b son's baseball game and picnic. Picnic starts at 2:45 and then games are at 5pm & 7pm. Home in time to eat a sandwich for dinner and shower.
Have no idea if 15 yo daughter has anything planned for the weekend. Not sure how we will manage it if she does.

my weekend is whatever I want it to be. :D Although I am going to get free ice cream at carvel tomorrow. :D I'd also like to take the pupsters to the dark park. Other than that sleep sleep and more sleep ;)

Today grocery shopped, did laundry, packing, ran several errands now I am sitting here enjoying the evening.
Saturday leaving her by 8:00a.m. to head to North Carolina to meet YankeeMary. Then heading to Georgia.
Sunday waking up to the sound of an angel yelling Aunt C....then my lovely nephews and favorite sister and I will probably cook breakfast together.
Just now dawned on me how lucky my family is because the get to see ME!!!!!!

I totally relate. Although my weekend won't start until 11:30 Pm tonight. That's when I get home from work. I'll probably watch some TV when I get home, grab a snack some Ice 101 and chill. I may even do laundry tonight if I'm motivated enough. Maybe I better do the laundry before the Ice 101? Hmm....something to ponder.

The rest of the weekend is up in the air. Just the way I like it. :)

I have some cleaning and m oving stuff around in here to get ready for repairmen. Have to get ready for going back to school. Church services where we are members and where I'm in orchestra are resuming this weekend, but I don't know where we are going, because my orchestra/work church might be having services on the football field and not need entire orchestra. And we're also in the process of finding a new church home for the family so I will be taking an orchestra break for a while. going to church somewhere, anyway, just not sure!

Also, kids asked me to carpool them to one of the red cross aid stations and us do some volunteer work tomorrow.

No yard work this weekend because when I was out hauling the my roof out of the yard earlier this week, I redid the flowerbeds. Might was well since it felt good out and I had the time and was out there anyway.

This morning Becca and I went to volenteer at the "Dream Center" handing out donated supplies to people in need after the storms... clothes, food, cleaning supplies, ect We left at lunch, ran errands, then stopped at the church which is hosing the Red Cross staffers and picked up a couple of bags of laundry to tend to for those wonderful folks who have left their homes and families to help our community. Came home, helped Meg and Sarah work on their weekend school projects since we have to catch up on the days that they missed due to Gustav. Tonight I have to prep for the Bible Study that I have Sunday morning because tommorow we will be working at Camp Avondale clearing out the 200+ trees that fell on the Reservation or we will not be able to have the fall Camp Outs for the Scouts. Tommorow afternoon we have a bithday party - one of the Scouts - and his parents are throwing a pool party and BBQ, so the ones that spent the day at Avondale can cool off and not worry about Dinner ! :yah: Sunday we have Church, a Pot Luck Supper at lunch, and a See and Sell for Cub Scout Popcorn from 1 - 3 at the local W/D. Sunday afternoon I plan to collapse.

I was hoping to see my nephew this week end he is in the Marines and got to come home for two weeks. He is in Fallujah,Iraq
