Teacher calls student a "loser".

How effing appalling!! I don't see how this could be an effective way of teaching!!! And if she has been doing it for months and continues to do it she should be fired, or at the very least suspended WITHOUT pay! Does she realize what she is doing to this girls self esteem! How would she like to be called a loser all the time!
EDDITING to add: It was brought to my attention I had used a word that some would take personally. And I didn't even think about it
when I posted this as I was shocked and horrified that a teacher was doing this to student. I forget how we now have to be so polically correct and things offend people easily. To anyone who may have been offended I do apologize.

I just saw that...what in the world was that teacher thinking? All I can say is, she can be glad it wasn't one of mine she did it to.

What a jerk! Doesn't he know what that can do to a child. I can't believe the schools even having to decide what to do to him. I'd tell him if you ever do that again you're fired. They would call that mental abuse if a parent did that and to have someone else do that is wrong. My husband had people say he was stupid when he was a child because they didn't understand about dyslexia and he still remembers that to this day.
And to think he's been teaching twelve years. How many kids has he damaged mentally.
