Fried Chicken, butterbeans & cornbread
We had kielbasa, sauerkraut, onions & potatoes. Since the kraut inhibits the cooking of the potatoes, I cook the onions and potatoes first and then when done I simmer the kraut and sausage together. When almost done I add the potatoes and onions and a little bit of the water to give it an even more oniony taste. It's quick, easy (I'm all about quick and easy!) and tasty.
