for the past 5 days my right ear sounds like i have shampoo or something in it!! I have cleaned and cleaned it. It was getting better till last night after my shower. Its driving me nuts!! It kept waking me up. WTH causes it? I have googled it but there is nothing about soap sounds. It sounds like bubbles etc.
lmao,doesnt that drive you mad,you got water down in the middle ear area,inbetween all the ear parts,it takes a while for it to dry up,water pills will help you dry it up,better yet try some sudafed,it works too.
Nothing more than feeling like theres cotton or a gallon of goo in you ear,and makes you feel like your talking out of a box. I hate that,I hope it dissolves real soon,feel for you.
even though you probably feel no pain, you very well could have an inner ear infection (with fluid behind your ear drum).
if you have insurance, you might want to be seen.
you can only clean so far with a Q-tip.
my dh had that problem, after a week of the bubble/water sounds he got ringing sounds then he lost his hearing in that one ear so we took him to the docs and they told him sudafed......that did not work for him so I researched some and found that water pills will dry it up, he took them and it cleared up in 2 days..............even if its an infection you can start with one of those 2, if it doesnt clear up in the next couple of days then you should see a doc.
Im on water pills,and that drys everything up fast,but good old sudfed,that works also,but it can take 3 or 4 days. It dryed up a tooth infection,but now Im on a stronger dose of water pills,I get no infections in my teeth. TG.
Take baby oil and pour some into your ear, then lay on your side for around 5-6 minutes and let it sink it ((the water full ear up)) then turn over and the water and the oil will leak out ((make sure you have a thick pillow)) this helosQuote:

I have bad issues w/ the water in the ears. I used to swim like there was no tomorrow and could go all the way to the bottom of the 50 foot deep city swimming pool when I was a kid and never feel a thing. Never had ear problems. Now, though, *everything* hurts my ears. Showers, pools, noises that don't seem loud to anyone but me. Swim Ear is the only thing that works for me to dry my ears out... but it HURTS like hell. Well, it hurts me anyways, apparently it doesn't seem to bother anyone else around me either...
So sorry about your problem. I hope it is nothing serious, but, maybe like most of us with this stupid weather that we have, I am hoping, not that I mean I am hoping you have a head cold, but maybe it's just the start of a head cold that most of us have. Anyway, I wish for you it goes away soon, as my ears are still ringing, and I know it's not my phone LOL. Good luck to you. Feel better soon.

Im on blood pressure pills that include my water pills,all in one.There are many risks if you take water pills and do not need them,I was just stating if your on water pills,it dries everything up in your body.I had never took a water pill in my life,untill I was put on blood pressure meds. Then I was amazed how I wasnt having teeth aches any longer,and the reason was do to the water pills.Quote:
