I have to admit that David A did the best tonight. Having said that, I can't stand him. I hope that David Cook wins.
I am w/ you OmaLisa, David A I think won the night but i like David C better over all. That said I hope in a way David C doesn't win so he can do his own record his way.

Can't stand Archuleta. Can he do nothing other then ballads?? I found the judges terribly harsh with Cook tonight.
But then I kind of feel that they had Archuleta picked as the winner from the beginning. How can someone forget lyrics from a friggin Beatles song and STILL be on the show, much less the finals??
I'm soooo over American Idol.
But I can't wait to hear what Jason Castro comes out with. LOL...man, if I were 10 years younger, 5 inches shorter, and 20 pounds lighter, what I would do to that boy!
I think David A won it, but I think overall David C is better. Either way David C will have an album out within the year. so we haven't heard the last of him.

I totally agree with you! I could not believe he forgot the lyrics and didnt even get into the bottom three. I cant stand him, he makes me sick...He is one of the most fake people I have ever seen. I think it was all fixed myself. The way he acts when a judge gives him a complement is just annoying, he always looks like hes gonna cry. Everything he does looks fake to me. He sounds exactly the same no matter what he sings, he rarely changes anything. I also got so tired of hearing how he "could sing the phone book" geesh! Remember folks this is just my opinion, It almost looked like David Cook didnt do his best on purpose to me.....I have said it before but I would be amazed if David A does not win....I thought it was clear from the beginning and told my hubby he would win.....I guess we will know tonight lol..
I didnt even like Michael Johns, but I think he was voted off too soon...and carly.... I mean come one Syesha was the safest bet, we all knew she could never win....I had not watched since Clay Aiken was on it and got robbed (again my opinion) and now I wonder why I decided to this year...sorry so long..Yikes!
good point. I think David A. was picked a log time ago to win also. To me the ballads got old, he is so young but that was all he sang, yawn.
I told DH the same thing about "singing the phone book" that got old the second time they said it.
DH said weeks ago (before he had heard about David A's history at star search and his "dadager" that he thought the looks David gave were coached.
