oops I did it again!

Nooo this is not my Brittney Spears imitation lol
I was at work last night and turned to get something, felt a very hard pop in my lower back and immediately, my left leg and foot and left hand went numb and tingly. Wound up in ER, they gave me a shot an sent me home. Going to doc today to get xray'ed. They think I may have had another flare up but it feels different. I still can't feel much of anything in my leg or foot or hand, and my back feels like some one has kicked the living daylights out of it. And I'm off work until Tuesday. Ugh. Put my out to pasture. Please.

Awww Sweetie I hope its nothing bad, I know you have had one horrible time with your back in the last year. Sending you lots of hugs, get well vibes and prayers. Do let us know what the Doctor says.

went and had xrays but doc wasn't there, says he'll be in the office tomorrow and have someone call me in the am. Something just feels different this time and I don't know what. Came home and took pain killers and went night night for awhile and I'm going to have to do that again. Oh yeah, and my honey made me belgian waffles for supper yummm

I too am beginning to wonder if I should do this as well!!!!! Still no call from the doctor's office and still in a truckload of pain. And no feeling in either one of my legs. Ugh.

Well. The good news is, I didn't do anything horrible to my back. The xrays showed all the hardware is still in place (I figured that lol) and nothing new has developed. Which is good. The only thing they could figure out was I did something to the muscle and it's rubbing on the nerve and imitating the same symptoms that I had last year (pain, numbness, PAIN). Basically told me stay off my feet and take my pain pills and ibuprofen 3-4 times a day. I do have a follow up with the doc on the 23rd, but that has been scheduled for months. So I'm still stumped and still hurting. I guess I'll get over this one too. Thank you for the good wishes and hugs!
