Episode 4 (next epsiode). As we know, the tribes are planned to be switched. This is how the switching will go:

Jeff will switch the tribes by order, JUST for the reward challenge. The winning switched team will be given a choice; surprise or no suprise. Not knowing what the surprise is, they choose surprise, which leads to another tribal switch, which in this case is permanent for the tribal part of this game. The new tribes consist of:
