Are you changing up your Thanksgiving plans this year?

We usually host Thanksgiving meal at our house with about 25 people..This year I decided to have it at my sister's house outside under the pole barn..
About half the family cares about social distancing the other half is over it... We are still practicing wearing masks everyday and staying home as much as possible...
What are your plans for the holiday? 🦃🦃🦃

Same as usual. Probably at my parents house. If anyone isn't feeling well, they just won't come.

It's usually just the two of us, so it will likely be the same. A few years ago, we did have a couple over for Thanksgiving, but they've moved farther away. I don't think there is anyone else that we care to invite for the day, though that's always open to change. When I was married in Texas, we would occasionally have people over, though the house was small.

Cases are on the rise here, so we might be alone this holiday season

Cases were up in our area, too (Lucas County/Toledo, OH). We went from Orange to Red Level. I'm pretty cautious about masking and wiping down stuff, but I see others being less careful, so I have some concern. My general health is good, but I am considered to be in a risky category at 65 years.

staying home, not going out this year to any restaurant. My mom and sister don't know what they are doing, if they will come over to my house. My daughter and her husband will probably have friends overs.

As the numbers rise we have decided to stay home this year, my husband really wanted to see his brother who is not well. I truly hope this is the right decision and his brother is around once all this is over. They have tried talking on the phone but he gets too frustrated after his stroke and just hangs up. We hoped with them sitting together it would be easier.

Change of plans here too. My parents decided against it since numbers are rising here too. I'm not arguing with them about it.

My sister and I ordered dinner for them from a restaurant, and mom will pick it up the day before.

    I'll be home by myself.

Staying home, not having my mom or sister over, or my daughter and her husband. We are in Purple tier here in California, so everyone should just stay with people within their household. AlthoughI know of alot of people are still having family over, UGH!
