Ummm let's see. I've been Skyping a lot with my grandson and daughter. Been packing and packing for the upcoming move. I've also been being harassed by Cooper and Shadow who seem to think it is their life's mission to drive me nuts.

Seriously? I just typed out a big long response and it disappeared....ugh! Kannon is 2 1/2 months old. They're coming up to visit at the end of the month, right when I'll be moving, so that should be nice and chaotic

And I know it's the dogs' mission to drive me nuts. If I could just convince Shadow that she's too big to sit on my lap or shoulder, I'd be a bit happier. After breaking that shoulder last year, it doesn't feel good when her 56 lbs plops on it.

Not much other than I'm still a big big Masshole. Since I last posted my son has gotten married and he and his wife live in NJ. My daughter just moved to Boston with her bf. Dh and are have nothing exciting to share. I'm friends with a lot of members on FB and I've been able to keep up that way. I do miss the fun that we had here. It'd be nice to turn back the clock to the way it was a few years back.

Well, sweetie, since you are on my FB, you know what I have been up to But to recap the past few years since I have been here, a lot has happened. We moved from Memphis back up home because of my husband's illness. He needed the time with his family. He passed away this past March, so as much as I hate NW Tennessee, I do not regret the move. My son graduated Nursing school and has moved back to Nashville. It is great that he is closer to home. My daughter just started Grad school and planning on being a Nurse Practitioner. Besides the other nitnoid everyday crap, not much else is happening.

Let's see...in 2012 my long-time friendship (almost 30 years) became a more serious relationship, so I retired, moved to Ohio to be with him, and got divorced. My ex in Texas and I are still friends. My 'new' sweetie and I are engaged, and I'm thinking I might want to get married in Texas next year. Life in the urban Midwest is a bit different for this laid-back Texas gal I spend entirely too much time on Facebook (thank you, Mafia Wars) but I do like to come back here and see what's happening....
